During this trek we pass through green pine forest, see beautiful waterfalls, birds, various local wild animals like Yak, Musk Deer, Deer, Blue sheep Mountain Thar, Tiger, snow leopard and more. You’ll also find different species of Birds such as Danfe, Monal and Kalij Himalayan Pheasant inside the park and near Gokyo’s glaciated Lake of Nangzungba. Day 02-Domestic Flight Kathmandu to Lukla, 2828m trek start to until Phakding 2,610m 3 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 03-Trek to Namche Bazar 3,440m 5 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 04-Acclimatization at Namche Bazar just only hiking until Everest View point to take Photos and Physical training overnight at Lodge.
Day 05-Trek to Dhole 4,110m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge.

Day 12-Early morning climb to kalapathar 5,545m enjoy the incredible view of Mont Everest, khumbase, Pumari, range of chho-yu, khumbu Glacier Amadablam, Everest Base Camp etc then trek down to Labuche 6/7hours walk 4,910m Overnight at Lodge.
Day 13-Trek to Chhukung 4,730m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 14-Early morning climb to Chhukung-Ri 5,550 exotic panoramic view of many mountain and glacier then back to Chhukung 4,730m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 15-Trek to Tangboche 3,860m 5 hours visit one of the popular monastery with Himalayan panoramic view overnight at Lodge.
Day 16-Trek to via Namche bazaar Monjo 2,835m 6/7 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 17-Trek to Lukla 2,828m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge.
Day 18-Fly Back to kathmandu1,310m, direct transfer to hotel. Free day in Kathmandu, evening together farewell dinner with Typical Nepali Culture.
Day 19-Departure Kathmandu to your onward destination.

Day 02:Early in the morning, we will take breakfast at hotel, than start Sightseeing in Kathmandu, likewise Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Syambhunath, (Monkey temple) than back to hotel stay overnight at Hotel on BB Plan.

Day 03:This Day we wake up early in the morning than transfer to Airport for Domestic Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, 2828m. Than we will take a break and trek start from Lukla until Phakding 2,610m. It takes 3 hours walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 04:We will take breakfast at Hotel and start trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar 3,440m. It takes 5 hours walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 05:This day is very important day of the trek because you came directly from your home country than going to higher place so. It’s better to take Rest at Namche Bazar for Acclimatization stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 06:We will take breakfast at Hotel than star Trek from Namche to Khumjung 3,780m. It takes 4 hours walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 07:After breakfast we will continue walking cross the several villages and we stop for lunch on the way and again trek continue to Dhole 4,110m. It takes 5/6 hours to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 08:We will be prepared for Trekking after breakfast than we will break on the way and take a lunch and continue walking to Machherma 4,470m.It takes 5 hours stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 09:From Machherma we will have breakfast at Hotel and start walking to Gokyo Lake 4,790m. Which is really wonderful place for stay and enjoy allots. It takes 5 hours walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 10:Early morning climb to GokyoRi 5,357m see the incredible view of Ngozumba glacier, Mt. Everest, Mt. Chho-yo, Mt. Tabuche, Mt. Cholatse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Thamserkuetc also you will fifth lake etc then trek down to Dragnag 4,700m. It takes 6/7hours walking to get there stay over Night at Lodge.

Day 11:This day is quite challenging day for Trekking to via Chola pass 5,368m then trek down to Zongla 4,830m. It takes 6/7 hours stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 12:We wake up early in the morning and to take photos view of the Mountains than take Breakfast and Trekking continue to Labuche 4,910m. It takes 4/hours stay overnight at lodge.

Day 13:We will have breakfast at Lodge than Trekking continue to Gorakshep 5,140 m. It takes 4/5 hours walking to get there stay overnight at lodge.

Day 14:Early morning we will climb to Kalapathar 5,545m, enjoy the incredible view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Pumari, and range of Mt. Chho-you, Khumbu Glacier Mt. Amadablam, Everest Base Camp etc then trek down to Labuche 4,910m. It takes 6/7 hours walking stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 15:we will have breakfast at Lodge than we Trek down to Chhukung 4,730m. it takes 5/6 hors walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 16:Early morning climb to Chhukung-Ri 5,550 for exotic panoramic view of many mountainside and glacier then trek back to Chhukung 4,730m. It takes 5/6 hours walking to get there stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 17:We start Trek from Chhukung to Tangboche 3,860m. It takes 5 hours visit one of the popular monasteries with Himalayan panoramic view overnight at Lodge.

Day 18:Trek back via Namche bazaar to Monjo 2,835m. It takes 6/7 hours walking to get there overnight at Lodge.

Day 19:Trek back to Lukla 2,828m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge.

Day 20:Fly Back to Kathmandu Airport 1,310m, than direct transfer to hotel. Free day in Kathmandu . Evening will have together farewell dinner with Typical Nepali Culture.

Day 21:Transfer Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination.

During the trek we provide standard Guest House with sound environment and hygienic food for the guest to make their trip happening and healthy. Meals:
We get paradise of food especially in the cities areas especially in Katmandu valley. We have a lot of restaurants with different cuisine in city but during the trek we get to eat from Continental and Nepali menu especially choices like Pasta, Pizza, Mo. Mo, soup items, Potatoes items, Dal Bhat, Hot drinks Tea & Coffee etc.

Our Team:
Being homeland of Himalayas, it’s obvious to have challenging routes, High altitude problems, Weather and other conditions; any of those situations is big enough to ruin your trip. Leading around the steeply hills and rocky routes is not a job of common climbers and trekkers. Global Nepal Treks have been providing native leaders and staffs working in this field perfectly since long years to overcome tough challenges and make your trip a golden memory. They are trained and well certified by the Government of Nepal. All of our staffs have received emergency guidance in Himalaya’s and have knowledge of first Aid for our guest. We never compromise giving safety to our staffs, therefore we provide insurance and medical services during the trek and compensation when they need especially to Porters, Kitchen member and other.

Field Staffs:
we are very much concern about the comfort of our guest and whenever it is about the staffs in the field. When we are on trek trekking through challenging route we need proper number of workers like Guide, Porter, Assistance guide, Camping members and other staffs. We provide 1 assistance guide with every 4 - 9 guests and 2 assistance guide with 10 guests. We do need strong and portable Porters to carry our weights, We provide 1 porters for 2 guest depending on guest stuffs and we allow only 25 kg for porters. We have professional and expert Guide, Leader and City guide in the field and can speak proper English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other required. We can also manage any other staffs as per your demand.

Equipment’s:
We believe equipments does matter to make your trip easy and comfortable. Caring excessive quantity of equipment doesn’t make your adventure more interesting but the drawback. So, we request you to carry only selected and needed one and save your extra expenses for other need in trek though we have our potential porters. Warm Clothes, Down Jacket, Trouser, T-shirt, Hiking Boot, Sunglass, Sun cream, Knife, Walking Steak, day back pack, Head Light, Sleeping Bag etc. These are the equipments which you most carry during the trek.

Clothing
Liner socks, Trekking shirts short sleeve, Thermal underwear, fleece sweaters lightweight, one heavier Easy drying long sleeved base layer shirts, woolen blends trekking socks, pair trekking pants with zip off bottoms

Outer layers
Down vest, wind/rain proof over layer - jacket and pants, peak hat, headband, Warm winter hat, lightweight thermal layer hat, pair gloves, down jacket, Pair trekking boots, pair down booties (buy these at Namche Bazar and they saves your feet.) Great for keeping feet warm in room and while sleeping and for in the lodge. Pair flip flops (for late night bathroom runs).

Safety & Security:
Security is our primary concern! From your beginning day (we will be there to pick you up with our staffs and identity) to departure date (airport drop services) we are always there to help you. We have proper remedial services during the trek with professional staffs; first aid kit, oxygen bag and Helicopter service for emergency rescue whenever trekkers get physical Loss or altitude sickness. We have focused more on acclimatization days to get rid of altitude sickness too.

Best Season to Trek in Nepal:
Autumn (September - November) and Spring (March - May) is the best trekking season for the trekking and mountaineering in Nepal. Weather is mostly clear and temperature is moderate which offers beautiful views without any obstruction. Spring collects beautiful flowers, plants and rare animals Walking is also very much suitable during this season.

Summer (June - August) and Winter (December - February). Though Summer collects heavy monsoon rainfall it is very much clear to trek around Mustang, Dolpo and Nar- Phu valley since they are rain shadow areas. Tibet is much more favorable for Tibet trek. Everest, Langtang and Annapurna are always comfortable to trek even in winter season.

Experience & Fitness:
Trekking in Nepal for Everest Gokyo Kalapathar Trek does not require past experience, though we have challenging route in Everest compared to Annapurna our itinerary suggests to walk comfortable distances. Trekking in Himalayas always takes us to challenging altitudes and rocky routes, demands proper rest time and acclimatization to sustain their strength. We always have both listed properly in our itinerary. However certain training like Running, Skipping and other workout will definitely help you in roots.

Acclimatization:
Altitude sickness is a significant risk when trekking on any trails above about 2500m. However good health, proper care and drinking plenty of water will definitely help you to prevent from altitude sickness. Every trekkers needs to be familiar with the heights so, for this we have life savingacclimatization days during the trek, peak climbing and expedition. We also provide certain medical support for your relief and emergency rescue through helicopter whenever guest require.

Eco Friendly:
We only leave foot prints! Global Nepal Treks is very much concern agency on environment pollution and Global Warming. We are always serious and genuine towards our garbage during the trek especially in Camping type. We collect all the rubbish and deposit it to proper place to protect our environment. We also partake in every program conducted in KEEP Kathmandu Environmental Education Project. We also suggest all travelers to protect our environment and Stop Global Warming.
