Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek
Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek Overview
The Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek is a perfect combination of yoga and trekking in one of Nepal's most famous regions. This 12-day journey is designed to relieve stress, connect your mind and body with nature, and offer a transformative experience amidst breathtaking Himalayan scenery. It is an easier alternative to the Everest Yoga Trek, making it accessible to a wider range of participants.
The trek takes you to the heart of the Annapurna range, culminating at Annapurna Base Camp (4,310 m), also known as ABC. Along the way, you'll witness lush green forests, traditional Gurung and Gurkha villages, terraced fields, and massive mountain ranges like Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhre), Hiunchuli, and Dhaulagiri. A special highlight is a relaxing dip in the natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda.
Daily life on the trek is enriched with a structured wellness routine: morning meditation and yoga, followed by a healthy breakfast, mindful trekking with breathing exercises and healthy snacks, and ending with guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and a healthy dinner. This holistic approach aids in muscle recovery, builds strength and flexibility, and deepens your connection to the stunning environment.
This trek is ideal for yoga practitioners, mindful travelers, and adventure seekers looking for a balanced and enriching Himalayan experience.
