Nepal Hindu Pilgrimage Tour
Nepal Hindu Pilgrimage Tour Overview
Hinduism is one of the oldest religious practices, and Nepalese culture is deeply rooted in it. Nearly 81.3% of Nepalese follow Hinduism, and the country is dotted with temples, shrines, and sacred sites dedicated to various gods and goddesses. This Nepal Hindu Pilgrimage Tour is designed for devotees and spiritual seekers who wish to visit the most revered Hindu temples and holy places in Nepal.
Your journey begins in Kathmandu, the city of temples. You will visit the ancient and powerful Pashupatinath Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva), Dakshinkali Temple (Goddess Kali), Buddhanilkantha (the reclining Vishnu), and the living Goddess Kumari at Kathmandu Durbar Square. You will also explore the medieval Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the oldest temple in the valley, Changunarayan.
The tour then takes you to Manakamana Temple – the “Goddess of Wishes” – accessible by a scenic cable car ride. You will then fly to Janakpur, the birthplace of Goddess Sita, where you will visit the magnificent Janaki Mandir and other Ramayana‑related sites. After a flight back to Kathmandu, you will have free time for shopping before departure.
