Best Time to Visit
Spring (March–May) is the absolute best season — rhododendrons bloom in full color, mountain views are crystal clear, and yoga sessions in the Himalayas feel especially magical. Autumn (September–November) is equally ideal — stable weather, dry trails, and breathtaking post-monsoon visibility make it perfect for outdoor yoga and meditation. Monsoon (June–August) is not recommended — heavy rainfall, leeches on lower trails, and reduced mountain views make yoga practice outdoors difficult. Winter (December–February) is possible at lower elevations but cold nights and snow above 3,000m make it challenging; best for experienced trekkers only.
Difficulty Level
The trail climbs from Kathmandu (1,310m) through Pokhara, Australian Camp, and up to Annapurna Base Camp at 4,310m — a steady, manageable ascent over multiple days. Daily trekking lasts 4–6 hours, interspersed with morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions, keeping physical demands well balanced. The combination of gradual altitude gain and daily yoga breathwork helps the body adapt naturally — reducing trail fatigue and altitude discomfort.
